We are Now Hiring an Accounting Coordinator in San Luis Obispo, CA!

• $20.00/hr. Plus a temporary incentive pay for “Hours worked” of $3.25**

Responsibilities:

• Process and update both new and current employee files & records

• Manage driver & staff payroll; verify standard & overtime hours

• Payroll reconciliation and reporting

• Daily operations data entry

• Track attendance for part-time employees.

• Responsible for fare reconciliation & deposits.

• Answer the phone and respond to customer inquiries.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

• Computer literate; proficient in Microsoft Office

• Ability to operate standard telephone system

• Background in Finance and data input is a must!
