RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for the safe maintenance, repair and/or replacement of building equipment and vehicles for Transdev's local site

Major Responsibilities:

• Manage the plan development and performance review of local building site

• Initiate, implement and manage the plant maintenance program based on best practices in the transportation industry

• Prepare reports, analyze data and make recommendations for improvements to building and/or vehicles

• Monitor operation of building equipment and systems

• Initiates and implements projects that improve efficiency and/or reduce operating costs

• Maintains and updates operating and training materials for the local site

• Maintains safety, health and environmental policies and procedures

• Ensures all maintenance technicians are trained on current operating procedures

• Ensures that maintenance technicians are adequately trained, equipped and motivated so that the maintenance program can be accomplished in a safe, timely and cost-effective manner

Education/Licenses: Bachelor's degree preferred

Experience and skills required:

• Minimum three (3) years Building and Maintenance experience required

• Proven Supervisory Skills

• Proven time management and organizational skills

• Strong attention to details

Work Conditions and physical Requirements:

• Work extended hours regularly, including both holidays and weekends in accordance with business needs

• Able to board vehicles in order to inspect vehicle conditions

• Work environment includes office, airport, transit facility, maintenance facility, and transit vehicles

• Must be able to sit long periods of time while traveling
