Responsibilities: 

• Answer customer phone calls and schedule rides in the scheduling system.

• Enter new customer information and changes into the system

• Communicate late vehicle service and verifying “No Shows” with customers

• Resolve service-related complaints

• Create daily route maps of reservations for the drivers

   Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED

• 2 years reservationist or customer service experience

• Computer literate with the capacity to learn new software

• Ability to operate standard telephone system

• Excellent communication and listening skills
